WATCH: Parkland Shooting Victim's Father Arrested At Capitol

The father of a Parkland school shooting victim may be facing charges. Manuel Oliver was arrested yesterday in Washington, DC after interrupting a house committee hearing on gun rights. Oliver shouted and swore at the Republicans in charge of the hearing. He then left the hearing room and was arrested in the lobby by Capitol Police. Oliver said afterward he doesn't believe he was out of line, and he'll continue to represent his son's voice. His son, Joaquin, was killed in the shooting five years ago at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School.

Oliver is due in D.C. court on April 13th.
