The Strawberry Letter: Room Temperature Water and Dishwashing Soap

Dear Steve and Shirley, I found out that my new boyfriend is very special. I thought he was special in a lot of ways but I didn't know he was “special special” till our recent trip to my oldest daughter's graduation. We've been dating for four months and I took a chance and invited him to go with me it was a three-hour drive and I had expected him to offer to drive. The day before he asked me when was I picking him up, and that let me know he had no plans of driving us there. Along the way, he told me that he does not drive on the interstate because big trucks stress him out. I noticed him looking really anxious when cars sped by us. We went by my daughter's college and he didn't want to get out because he informed me that he doesn't like crowds. I asked him how he was going to do at the graduation and he said he didn't plan to go, he just wanted to ride with me so I wouldn't have to drive alone. The first night together in the hotel was really awkward, and I just have to tell you guys all about it. My boyfriend ran a big tub of water that wasn't hot and it wasn't cold he said it had to be room temperature. He filled the tub with dishwashing liquid that he brought from his house. First off, I don't understand sitting in the tub in a hotel room and he didn't wash it out first. Then, he sat his behind in the bubbles that were created by dish soap. I didn't hear any splashing or washing off or anything similar so I asked if he was okay. He said he would be in there soaking for at least 30 minutes so it was okay if I went to sleep. I've met a lot of weirdos since my divorce but he takes the cake. Do I talk to him about this or should I break up with him?
