Celebration of Hope

The Family of God Baptist Church of Panama City and the Northwest Coast Baptist Association of Churches invite you to join us for an evening of "Celebration of Hope". A "Celebration of Hope" is an ecumenical effort to unite all ethnic groups, cultures, faith based organizations and community/political leaders across the city and surrounding areas against crime and violence.

This ecumenical worship service includes a music workshop featuring recording artist Lamar Campbell, and local choir members and musicians from Panama City churches. Our worship will climax with preaching by Dr. Cecil Seagle, former Executive Director of the Indiana Baptist Convention.

As host and event coordinators, Family of God and the Northwest Coast Association churches anticipate our Mayor and Chief of Police will call our community together "To Stop The Violence.” Our objective is to celebrate those gifts we have in common and that are endowed to each of us by our creator and render hope to a generation that appear to have lost their way. We are asking you and your organization to join us with your attendance.

This event will be held on September, 14-16, 2017 at First Assembly of God. The public is cordially invited to attend. Financial donations are welcomed and should be mailed to Family of God Baptist Church 901 E. Business Hwy. 98 Panama City, FL, 32401. Your financial gifts will assist us with the cost of this event and any financial overages will be used to underwrite mission work in and around the Panama City area. For more information, please contact the Administrative Office of Family of God Baptist Church at (850) 769-4021.
