New Age-Progression Image Re-Energizes Search for Missing Miami Woman

Today marks 23 years since 15-year-old Yansis Juarez vanished after leaving her home in Miami, on May 5, 2002. The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children is continuing the search by releasing a new age-progression image showing what Yansis may look like today at 38 years old.

For over two decades, Yansis’ family has lived in painful uncertainty. They are hopeful this new image will spark recognition and bring them one step closer to knowing what happened to Yansis.
