We were talking on the show about local spots that we used to love that are now closed... I was born and raised here so I remember a bunch from back in the day... Noble Roman's Pizza was one of my favorites... it was only for special occasions, but they had a window into the kitchen so you could watch the chef's throw the dough into the air. Where I grew up, in Sanford, there was a fancy spot called Bahama Joe's... I always wanted to go to Bahama Joe's... I think I went twice ever. I looked up the place and found an old menu... it's crazy what the prices were for things back in 1980... $1 for a beer... $10.95 for filet dinner... $14 for a crab leg dinner... I know money was worth more then, but it's still crazy!
