Chicago Alderman Sends Letter to Residents to Share That She Has COVID-19

Chicago Alderman Carrie Austin sent a letter out to residents to inform them that she has tested positive for coronavirus. Ald. Austin reassured residents in the 34th ward that she is "doing well" and "progressing towards a full recovery".

While recovering from the virus, her office will remain open to the public, as the community continues to work recover from looting and crime. Read more HERE.
